What i heard is it does look better, but already has mold again, so it may need a bit more.
Algae is my understanding and the contractor said this is expected for the first few months. All the water was sitting in the pipes while they dive work and algae grew. As they work it out of the pipes, it’ll go away.
So they are having decorated military and law enforcement walk out the fighters.
