Jimtoo - You are correct about Robert Wagner and Sophia Loren. The other male was as born in Austria and starred in a movie about the Nuremberg trial. He was also a movie director and producer.
I understand why Wagner has a big smile.

The four actors in this 1962 photo are Maximilian Schell, Sophia Loren, Robert Wagner, and Francoise Prevost. My previous hint alluded to the fact that Maximilian Schell won the academy award for best actor for his performance in the 1961 movie Judgement at Nuremberg.
The top photo was taken last year and the other photo is from a 1947 movie. It is interesting that the only obvious difference is the dormer that was added at some point in time.

WTG Weenut and sister - Bob Hope is correct.
My Grandma had a autographed picture of Bob Hope and it was the only thing me and my brothers fought over after she died. 
BTW I don’t think it was a real autograph, it was just printed on the picture, but still pretty cool.
