Parler is incorrect - they most certainly ARE biased, but they are biased in what you want to hear. Because you agree with something does not make it unbiased. If someone fact checks something and finds it incorrect, it is not “biased” to either remove it or note that it is factually incorrect. That’s a real problem that Parler will only make bigger. FAR too often memes and posts are shared that are flat out wrong. Individuals have apparently not figured out to see if something they agree with is right or wrong…they just forward. It happens on both sides. I have called it out when a “liberal” post is incorrect or taken out of context. But with that filter removed, you can post that the moon landing was faked, that the earth is flat, or that the holocaust never happened and that gets passed around the internet to others who hold that same belief.
