How the WNBA can succeed is by people who want them to succeed buying tickets, watching on TV and buying the merchandise. Subsidizing it and whining about inequality doesn’t help them.
They are not exploiting her popularity in marketing and almost every “legacy” player is bad mouthing her.
When Larry Bird signed with the Celtics back in 1978,he was called “The Great White Hope.”
