Most people who use it don’t need it. I will change your evening though. It is actually a blood pressure medicine. My doctor wanted me to take it then do some test.
Personally I don’t need it but it did make the evening interesting. My personal complaint is that it causes sinus congestion which is a feeling I can’t stand.

Haha. No. It’s the receptors for the tissue if I remember correctly. It relaxes the veins and those impact your nose as well
