Fact checked

This is another example of a cherry-picked quote. For the full quote:

“It’s been close for a while. You know, they’re an amazing, skilled group of players,’’ MacKinnon said, the New York Times reported. “Just, yeah. I just felt like it wasn’t going to be. You guys can be the judge of who the better team was tonight. But they won. We lost.’’

Watch this save by Hellebuyck. He made 42 saves in that game.

I could watch that all day long.

I looked at this post to see if one Board Lib would be Proud for the US for anything as obvious as winning a Gold Medal for this country.

As Expected.

They are what they are.

I can only speak for myself, but when Trump and Kash turned the celebration political it put a damper on my spirit and I’m not even into sports. Trump called one player a loser, spoke of the women’s team as an afterthought. Put himself in a video with the team beating someone in the face, and him being the best player. He ruins everything.

Only for those with extreme TDS, the rest of the country is proud of our athletes and all they accomplished.

I stole this comment and putting it here because it’s true.

I have to weigh in on this Olympic hockey issue because I fully support women in sports, and we must have equal treatment across the board.

The women competed first. They won first.

The women won gold. Were any U.S. dignitaries there to support them?

Did anyone go into their locker room to celebrate that incredible achievement?

And then — to be mocked during a congratulatory call from the President…

Did anyone call simply to congratulate them, to truly honor what they accomplished?

I also didn’t see media coverage of the women landing in the U.S. and being greeted at the airport the way the men’s team was. Where was that visibility for them? Where was that celebration?

The men played great, I watched the game it was an amazing game and congratulations to them on their win. They absolutely deserve recognition. It is a long overdue and exciting win for the USA — and for hockey.!

But equal achievement deserves equal respect. Every time. No exceptions.

Or…there might be people like me who did not follow the Olympics. At all…save for watching a curling match at a bar after a bike ride.

That comment was funny as hell.

What is a woman?

I have yet to hear a democrat answer that question.

  • XX chromosomes
  • Ovaries
  • Estrogen‑dominant hormonal profile
  • Reproductive anatomy such as a uterus and vagina

Biology is real and measurable, but it also includes natural variations like:

  • Intersex conditions
  • Androgen‑insensitivity syndromes
  • Chromosomal variations (e.g., XO, XXY)

These don’t erase the category; they show that biology has edges and exceptions, not perfect uniformity.

A man is most simply an adult human male, but just like with “woman,” the word operates on several layers at once: biological, social, legal, and personal. Each layer answers a different part of the question, and most real‑world situations rely on more than one.
