The new outlet is directly across from the breaker. I’ll take a look. I emailed the electricians, but haven’t heard back. I may have to call.

I suspect a wiring issue. I am not a electrician but that’s what I’ve been told.

We’ve had extreme heat almost the entire time I’ve had the car.
I have the Tesla charger. It’ll flash red when it’s overheating. I don’t think my garage vents well because it will over heat and it’s miserable in the garage.
You’re just using the one that came with your car with an adapter right? See if it’s flashing red. It flashes error codes.
