@crparrothead - Neil Diamond wrote the song “I’m a Believer” but the Monkee’s recording of his song was the version that became a #1 hit for seven weeks during 1966 and 1967. Like many composers, Neil Diamond wrote the song for the Monkees and subsequently recorded it himself.
Upbeat song with some serious lyrics. Scores high on both fronts. Pretty nice video, too. I kinda miss the well produced videos of decades past.
