Spoke with a tow yard owner today. She said she has towed many Teslas that have run out of juice, and left on the roadways. Owners are mad at her when they try to pick it up, and she did not invest in a charger station in her yard, and not many yards have them. So EV owners must pay to have the car towed to the house to be charged! An unplanned expense to think about.
