Who here is on TRT and peptides and would like to talk about it?
I know a few are, just not sure if anyone wants to talk about it.
I am on testosterone and sermorlin.

I am on testosterone and sermorlin.
I am taking a topical testosterone gel.
Just curious, why not inject? Subq isn’t painful.
The gel has some concerns because you can spread it and not that you are worried about it but it can cause hairloss
My Dr goes “least intrusive” method first.
I have been with her for 20 years and trust her immensely, unfortunately she just retired. I have a check up next week to see my levels. If they aren’t up then I will probably go with an injection, it wouldn’t bother me.
I shave my head, no concern.
Subq vs IM is the way to go. They will try to do IM.
The main concern with topical is that you can transfer to other people.
I had a friend who used a topical on his ball sack. He got so weird about it his wife left him. Every hour or so he would have to rub a gel on his sack.
What made you guys go on? Doctor advice?
I’ve mused about it before, because I’m a “hard gainer” in the gym (slow progress) and my energy levels are not what I feel they should be.
But I’ve never asked about it. I’ve heard that once you’re on, you don’t really come off, because your body lowers its own production.
Regular check up and bloodwork found I was low T.
Never heard that, interesting.
Same with some other supplements, like CoQ-10.
Very interesting. I used to take CoQ10 casually (this was like 12 years ago). Hopefully my heart isn’t in jeopardy now.
Low energy, a little SAD, no sex drive.
I was at a health food store about a decade ago looking at home brewing supplies and asked a hippie that worked there about it and he said to get tested before taking CoQ-10. If your numbers were fine and you start taking it your body will stop producing it, then if you stop taking it you’ll crash. I trusted the filthy hippie, he seemed to know what he was talking about.
For what it’s worth, ChatGPT’s data disagrees.
