The reason the St. Louis mask order was lifted by the Judge is because of the County Council voting against it, not because the Judge thought the mask mandate was wrong or illegal, just that the Council has as much authority as the Exec.
Missouri AG Schmitt is claiming victory even though it has nothing to do with him.
I am sure Dems will complain about the judge, but he was appointed by a Democrat Governor.
