XXY or X0 maybe you call intersex, especially if in the first case, some of your cells don’t have a Y in Kleinfelters or some of your cells have a Y in Turner Syndrome with female plumbing. You could argue that TS has at least some X or Y material on the nonexistent chromosome
You could say anyone with an active Y is male and anyone without an active Y is female. I think Swyer syndrome XY is female as they are born with female plumbing
Alternatively, you could say intersex is being born with female and male plumbing, male is having male plumbing and female is female plumbing
Anything other than these statements is mental illness
