Tesla insurance (more words so I don't duplicate a previous thread title)

I have a Tesla and chose to get Tesla insurance. Substantially cheaper than my Farmer’s quote, though I haven’t heard great things about the customer service.

So, if we buy my kid a car, it will not be a Tesla. I’ll have the chance to get him insured through Tesla or, since I still have home insurance through Farmer’s, go there.

My only advice is to make sure, no matter how much the car costs, to have full coverage.
Even though we own both of our kids cars outright we keep full coverage on them because there is a chance we will need it.

I suggest getting other quotes. We currently have Safeco for both autos and umbrella, but our premiums have soared despite no tickets, no accidents and a high credit score. We may have to go back to Hartford thru AARP, which will get us at least a couple of cheaper years. Will also look into American Family thru Costco.
