A truly great comedic actress has died. She suffered with MS for many years.
I just saw this, one of my favorite parts she played was relatively small part as Richard Dreyfuss wife in “Let it Ride” which was also a very underrated movie in my opinion.
I never saw the movie. Until I read this obit, I didn’t realize she was a dancer on the T.A.M.I. Show. I have that DVD somewhere and will have to cue it up. Since I don’t expect you to know about the T.A.M.I. Show –
She was one of the sexiest, funniest, and the kind of girl every guy wanted. I think David Letterman had a serious crush on her. Can’t say that I blame him
Letterman seems to have had many crushes. Nanci Griffith was one.
So did I, from the time she was an unknown and playing second banana to Cher on a semi-regular housewife skit that was part of the old Cher Show from the 70s. (I’ll bet that few, if any, here will remember that. She was the best part, even if she didn’t have the best lines.)
Damn! Cher and Terri Garr on the same show!!!
I was too young, but that had to be nice.
Never thought Cher was all that attractive but damn she has a body.
Same
I suspect the best body money can buy. It seems to me she was a bit flat-chested in her earliest days. (BTW, I think she was overrated as a vocalist, and underrated as an actress.)
There was a music video where she was showing her rear off in the 80’s or 90’s. You could tell she worked out.
She is a good singer, not really my style of music but she had a good voice.
Probably this one…
Might be a good one to remember this coming week.
That be it.
