Yes when it was the Trump vaccine, I was ready to take it but when we had the Biden shot mandate, I wasn’t. That said, people were in fear of getting COVID. I don’t understand why gain of function research is permitted
Without funding for gain of function research, we never would have had COVID. Without outsourcing the research to a Chinese lab, there wouldn’t have been a lab leak.

Trump made an especially significant mistake going along with all this vaccine stuff. He handed the reins over to the deep state, including liar douchebag career swampist Fauci.
I wouldn’t trade any of those events, including that mistake.
Losing (or “losing”) 2020 was the best thing that could have happened to Trump, and the rest of us. It gave us four years of the deep state and swamp at its peak arrogance — to show the non-crazy/not-totally-brainwashed Democrat voters, independents, and swing voters who these evil people really were — and it gave Trump four years to regroup and repel some pathetic attempts at incompetent lawfare.
It also continued to expose the mainstream media, which never pointed out the huge logical flaws in these lawfare attempts, supported Biden through record inflation while ignoring his obvious senility, nor correct any of their own past narratives that turned out to be utter lies and deep state cover fire.
Now Trump is in an unstoppable position, more prepared and motivated than ever to make huge reforms to this mess of a government we have, and all the Trump-deranged can do from here is shout, complain, and babble incoherently (see KC’s post above, a fine example thereof).
It’s a thing of beauty. And the left has only itself to blame for its consistent dishonesty and extreme partisanship. Way to go.
