Good. Seems ballot initiative language has gotten more partisan and misleading in recent years on both sides.
The abortion bill in Kansas was deliberately misleading and that was the way republicans wanted it. Basically no meant yes and yes meant no. They wanted the yes votes to win. When their initiative failed miserably they turned around and claimed the ballot language was misleading… and it was THEIR verbiage.
