We are in middle of an awful heat wave here. I rode yesterday and today and the heat is brutal by the end of a ride. This was the temp and the “feels like” temp when my ride ended today. And the “feels like” seems like it was pretty dang accurate

I was just back in my home town of Erie, PA with my family for the past two weeks. It was slightly hotter than in Southern California, but the humidity was definitely a lot higher. I am happy to be back in the dry heat.

Here in NC, today the air temp is 95 degrees and water temp is 92 degrees. Floated around in circles for almost 3 hours, listening to music.
