Seems like a “safe hire”.
From Saleh’s side, he had just spent his first head coaching job with the Jets. He is now going to another organization that, based on its most recent history, is only slightly less dysfunctional. If he wants the opportunity to prove himself after the Jets, I don’t know if this is the best choice.
