Off topic. I watch a lot of YouTube and there is a guy who has a Channel called “World according to Briggs”. You would know better if what he has to say is accurate on this video. It came out on YouTube a couple of hours ago.

I watch Briggs too, interesting stuff. If you removed the west and south sides of Chicago it’d be a very low crime city with excellent schools, low unemployment and a great place to live. Unfortunately a few shit hole neighborhoods make the whole city look bad.
