This is the bitchiest football story ive heard since Mahomes wife started fighting his batles with trolls.
If the Bengals had not lost to the Patriots earlier this year, this would be a moot point.
There are trollsâand moneyâin social media, incentivizing this. After the Broncos/Chargers game, there were fake articles being posted saying that the coach was complaining to the league (he wasnât), that the officials had been suspended, etc. And it wasnât even reality based. There were a couple of bad calls, nothing that egregious.
Iâve seen several others that are similar.
Granted, but I have read tweets from âjournalistsâ from ESPN/NY Times repeating this drivel.
There is a Broncoâs fan I follow on youtube (Brandon Perna) the guy IS pretty funny, but even he wonât give a break to chiefs hateâŚhe said heâd heard that they sat all their good players, but the refs were still on the field. But I do think they had a bad call on Nixâs lateral. he and the other guy were running and he tossed it. Replays showed that he let go of the ball around the 32 and the other guy got it at the 30., but physics says that an object in motion tends to stay in motion and that ball was travelling as fast as NIx - so it went to the side - not forward. They didnât see it that way, but Iâve see forward laterals not get called. HellâŚI wonder what they would say if the Chiefs plane couldnât leave KCâŚthe weather was VERY shitty here from Saturday afternoon thru this morning. Had their flight not been able to leave and they forfeited, Iâm sure the world would talk. But this Perna character was so thrilled and excitedâŚhe knew that they werenât playing the starters but said taht when they played earlier in the season, they only allowed the Chiefs to score 16 points, so they still would have won. Lost on him was that many of the defensive players were also sitting out.
I think its Detroitâs year
I didnât say they would, and with the play of their starting offensive line, I have visions of their second super bowl, where Tampa tore them up. My favorite NFC team is the Packers (especially with that prima donna Aaron Rodgers gone). I even have an authentic cheese head, courtesy of an old CH poster âthe bunnyâ that I will wear when watching their game. But if the Packers donât make it, Detroit would be my favorite.
all they had to do is beat Pittsburgh 2 times

Preseason
This is the kind of thing I was referring to. Iâve been getting a bunch of these fake posts on FB for the last few weeks.
Two things keep me from agreeing completely: defensive injuries and playoff experience.
but they handled the Vikings
Nope - rest = rust
