To those who know science and ecology, carbon dioxide regulates the climate as it is critical for photosynthesis. If carbon dioxide drops too low, all but the most extreme life forms cease to exist.
I don’t understand the focus on emissions. Let’s focus on what makes an ecosystem abundantly successful - aka what species need to be protected and what species harms the ecosystem(s)
Also why does the taxpayer subsidize idiots that build a house on the beach? If there’s no coverage, people will be forced to move inland
