Until a person must give THEIR OWN pronouns. Seems rigid to nonconformists or gender fluid people
It’s ok to address someone else by their pronouns but if mine change daily 
it’s too much legwork. 
Maybe I make it up and say he/him/his but what if I identify today as smart ae, smart aim, and smart ais or better ase/asm/ass. Can I just leave out of my email what is construed as a vulgar word or am I “forced” to put ass in the email if that’s how I identify?
I don’t have any Idea and don’t care to know. I’m old and set in my ways. I call people he or she depending on if they look like a he or she. It’s not that complicated.
