Looking for Remote PC Support Options

My parents have gotten to the point where they need new computers. I know that I am going to have to support them installing software, setting up printers, random email questions. The problem is that I now live too far away.

Anyone have a recommendation for a free solution? I was looking into TeamViewer as a possible option, but its no longer free.

It’s still free. I use it in my house to access a few headless devices. I believe you’re limited to the number of devices.
