I built my own Win11 pc without a Microsoft account. There is a work around during the install process using rufus. It works fine.

There are recent articles stating that Microsoft has disabled a lot of work arounds.

Could be this was almost a year ago. I tend to follow Carey Holzman on youtube but haven’t in a while.

I’ll have to ask the shop that built my computer. I know I will have to update some day, but there is no way I will set up a Microsoft account so they can track everything.
