It took me 10 weeks just to get back to normal activity, I can’t imagine football related activities.
3 months is most of the season. They need to inves5 in an O line. Super Bowl a few years ago when he was healthy.

Not likely for two reasons. First, they may not be able to fit Cousins in under the salary cap. Second, even if they could do so, the Bengals are notoriously cheap and would not be keen on taking on that contract.
I just had a SLAP tear repair, and he did minor cleanup to the rotator cuff with it. Still in PT.
