Is there a way to see who gave a post a Heart?
Yes. Click on your icon in the upper right corner. It will show you.

Not that I know of, but then again, I don’t know the ins and outs of this site that well. Perhaps Wintermute or another poster can weigh in.
Why don’t you “heart” PP’s post and I will see if I can tell if it is you.
I just did it, though I hope I didn’t waste a heart to give. 
Oh, have a heart – parrot seems like he could use a bit of love, it might cheer him up a bit. 
The trouble is, I gave the heart to PricePerformer. Parrot didn’t get any love out of this. 
If you click on the three dots it tells you who “hearted” it.
