If you have allergies how can you tell whether your nasal congestion/sneezing is caused by allergies or a cold.
With me, allergy is always centered in my sinuses. It’s been so long since I had a cold, I don’t remember the details.
I have a pet house rabbit I’ve had for 8 years, she molts 4 times a year, and my nose has been running for that long. If my nose gets stopped up, I figure I have a cold.
For me, it usually is an upper respiratory infection. Also if I’m unclear after a sneeze, then am I exposed to an allergen at the time?
If not, then I presume it’s a cold. Usually allergies (or reflux) bubble at the nose from the inside to the outside while a cold is a constant stream from the outside in. A cold usually means having to use my asthma inhaler more frequently
Also if I have a hacking cough, it usually is allergies but if I cough with a delay, it’s a cold
What’s that like? Does she lose a lot of fur, or is it just tiny/invisible allergens?
