The extra space for another batter is probably a game changer.
Is the uni wheel less likely to fail than a traditional CV joint?
Doubtful. All those small rockers are going to wear out. They are going to get sloppy and need to be replaced. A CV joint has fewer and simpler mechanisms.
Kind of what I was thinking.
The video showed a very complicated mechanism.
Edit to add, I am not very mechanical at all.
