Son is in Orlando, they cancelled classes Thursday but he thinks it will be fine.
We have evacuation order now…so off we go to our friends house again…

I live in the Outer Banks of NC so we’re watching storms all the time. What we notice when a TS or Hurr is out there, Home Depot and Lowes start showing their plywood ads on the Weather channel!

Our little house had a picture window so dad had the plywood thing in the garage and set it up if a hurricane was imminent. The smaller windows got taped

The center will be west of Cedar Key but they will still get lots of wind and rain. Flooding is their biggest concern.

I will take the Gulf over the Atlantic any day…even with the possibility of hurricanes…
