You know. I have mowed hillsides on lawn tractor for long time. You always go to the high side. Shift your weight as far as possible on the high side. If it still wants to roll, you trying to mow too steep of an angle.
You also need to know which side of the engine the oil pump and sump is located on. If you go the wrong way, you will starve you engine of oil and burn up a $2,000 engine.
