How might history have changed with different president election outcomes

I understand the president only plays a certain role.

What if Biden had lost to Trump? Would the last four years been the same?

What if Samuel Tilden won in 1876? Would we still have ended Reconstruction?

What if Nixon won in 1960 instead of 1968? Would we have had national Medicare?

What if Henry Clay became president? How would he been different then Polk in 1844, different then Andrew Jackson’s in 1932 or JQ Adams in 1824?

What if Hillary Clinton won in 2016?

What if Al Gore won in 2000?

What if Bill Clinton lost in 1992 to Perot or Bush?

What if Goldwater won in 1964?

What if RFk survived and then beat Nixon in 1968?

What if landslide loss McGovern actually won in 1972?

What if Woodrow Wilson was never president?

What if Garfield survived? How would he have been different then Chester Arthur?

What if Andrew Johnson had been removed from office or had Lincoln chose another VP such as General Grant?

What if DeWitt Clinton beat John Madison in 1812?

What if Aaron Burr was president in 1800 or if the duel never happened and Alexander Hamilton later became president?

Anyone want to take a guess on how any of these assumptions might have changed history?
