If I put down $100,000 and finance the rest, my monthly payment will only be $428,281/ month for the next 30 years. This excludes PMI, property insurance, and taxes. That is just a little too much for me to afford today. Maybe if I won a billion dollar powerball. Until then I will stick with my 20 acres.

Here’s how a huge chunk of land was sold in Florida a few years ago.
I am getting to the point that I want about 5 acres.
Enough to out a small area for animals and an area for a couple of Par 3 holes.
You going to need more than 5 acres for that. You should consider at least 10.

Just move to the Villages, they have over 40 courses. Plus a pretty wild night life from what I hear.
If you have alpacas, my wife will stop by to pet them and buy the fiber you’ve shorn off of them and cleaned.
