It’s been the law in Alaska for years.
a lot of the safety features on newer cars such as cameras and radar systems won’t work with snow like that on the car. It will really piss off people like that who use the “full self driving” features of their cars. If they are too lazy to actually drive, odds are good that they won’t even try to clear even that much of the windshield off.
