I have always liked Collins.
He is much more intelligent and competent than Fauci.
He was on Sunday Morning yesterday and was very reassuring.
One of the best things he did was say, “we don’t know yet” a few times.
Fauci thinks people are stupid and have to be told what to do.
Collins respects the intelligence of people and their ability to see through bull shit.
Had he been the face and voice of the NIH during the pandemic, I can guarantee there would still be trust in the recommendations.
