Since a car that has been submerged under water because of flooding can no longer be driven, which insurance company is responsible if the owner lives in a condo. Is it the condo owners policy or the master insurance policy for the condo association.
In addition what does the owner of that car do with it since it can’t be sold
As I understand the insurance on the auto is responsible.
Few years ago a drunk driver came off the street in front of our house drove down our 105ft driveway very high rate of speed and crashed through the garage door into my suv pushing it through the back wall of our house onto the deck.
Our suv was totaled, I didn’t have collision because it was 17 years old 170k miles on it. My homeowners ins wouldn’t cover it even though was parked in our garage. I had to fight with the drunk’s auto company.
