Do you really think it’s ok and legal for Trump to fire the Kennedy Center board, then replace them with his own sycophants, and have them rename the Center that Congress created and named by statute?
I think his entire approach to the Kennedy Center has been asinine.
I agree. Plus, this is another thing he really does not have the power to officially change. When he leaves office, assuming no other legislation is passed, everything will be undone and revert back. That is resulting in a waste of time and money.
I asked my bobble head Republican senator to introduce a measure to rename the Donald J Trump Institute of peace back to the original name of United States Institute of peace. I said I did not feel that this institution should carry the name of a man who started a war two weeks after he renamed it.
