I have an acquaintance of mine that does power lifting. About 4 years ago he decided to do a body building event and took about 6 months to transform from bulk to cut.
It was crazy to see the transformation over time, especially since he is the same age as me.
I never realized that some people who fast dont drink water as well as don’t eat food. I would probably faint if I didn’t drink water for a long period of time.
Speaking of water, what is the difference between alkaline water and regular bottled water. I am assuming that alkaline water has a higher PH than 7 but what is the practical difference
