Why did Facebook stop giving people the option of choosing between most recent and top stories for their news feed? Now that we no longer have that option I will frequently see the same post ten times during a period of a few days while I will see a post thanking people for the get well wishes when I never saw their initial post about being sick. Then when I look at that friend’s Facebook page I will see that they had previously posted about their illness multiple times.
It appears that their algorithm for what people see on their news feed is more about pushing an agenda and advertising than considering what is most important to their members.
