Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who recently became Twitter's largest individual shareholder, has decided not to join the social media company's board.
This is a companion discussion topic for the original entry at https://www.cnn.com/2022/04/11/tech/elon-musk-twitter-board/index.html
The reason is that by joining the board, he could only own less than 15% of stock.
A rule they changed right after he bought 11%.
