By the way, I have not been this overjoyed in years.
I’m even happier now than I was on election night when Trump flushed Kamala down the toilet.
Watching the panty soiling on the left — politicians, fake-journalists, and their braindead sycophants in the lay citizenry — it’s a dream come true.
They’re all panicking that their criminal revenue streams are coming to light.
Social Security is not an entitlement. I payed into the system my entire working life.
It is 100% an entitlement. That isn’t changed by the fact that you paid into a ponzi scheme for decades.
Quit panicking. Your SS entitlements are not going anywhere. Elon is simply rooting out the fraud.
It is an entitlement, that just means you’re entitled or have a right to it. Trump isn’t taking social security away, he want to cut the fraud and waste.
When you paid in, you were paying for those receiving S/S at the time and lending your excess payments to Congress for them to spend and to give you a promise to return those funds to you in the future.
S/S is clearly an entitlement as the law describes it. If you meet the qualifications the law states, you will be paid as the law describes. It is a program, however, that was created by law and could be changed by law. I suspect there is no Rep or Senator who is willing to risk losing their position to reduce or eliminate S/S.
It’s an entitlement. Entitlement just means a mandatory payment by the government. They have to pay it.
I always love watching Boomers get riled up at that choice of words.
They are terrified that “someone is going to take away muh social security…”
Even in the case of people who have very generous pensions or giant 401k balances as a result of generous company contributions and clearly don’t need SS — on top of which there is currently zero threat to take it away — they still can’t seem to help but stress over it.
I suspect any fraud found will be Social Security Disability, not from being 150 years old.
I can almost guarantee that
If anyone in the US was over 150, we’d all know about it because it would be making a world record (and made one a couple of decades ago). The oldest human who ever lived, and whose age could be verified, died at 122. The oldest known American is about 119.
As of Friday, only 34 more years to go. The American record is, by no means, off the table at this point. That should make y’all’s day.
Well Sarge, the oldest someone in my slightly extended family achieved is an uncle who made it to 98. I consider his life to be a fair test of the old saying that someone can be too ornery to die. So, I think you have a chance and should go for it.
LOL
Would you rather buy a bridge or bail out the deposed prince of Nigeria?
Oh, I am not saying there isn’t both, but SSDI is rampant with fraud.

So, I think you have a chance and should go for it.
I’ll add you to my list of people rooting for my record longevity, one more vote and it will be up to two.
