There needs to be a middle ground from what it used to be and what it is today.
But nobody trusts Congress or the NCA to be the r ones to fix it
The problem is people forgot why we have rules in the first place. It’s to keep sport fair, fun and safe.
All this pay for play stuff is turning college football into a dev league for the NFL!
It already is for most part.
I think my issue is it turns them into professional athletes when they should be student athletes.
Not just the NFL, but also the NBA and, not as much, the NHL. MLB likes to sign their players earlier.
They seem to grab a lot out of high school. I had a school mate who was signed out of junior college. His dad was a pro-player. He never had much of Career but they gambled on genetics
