This is super sad and a testament to the fact that no one is immune from addiction.
I think addiction has everything to do with loneliness and isolation, which is contingent on communities breaking down into endless digital indulgence.
My big addiction is caffeine, which I’m way better at tempering than I used to be. I try to make my other indulgences hobbies, like weight lifting and golf.
That’s terrible for Dana Carvey and his family. I hope they can heal from this very soon.
