His response should have been;
“I would mistake which State Senator Booker comes from, but anything other than New Jersey would be an upgrade “
To be fair, he probably struggles reading a map. Its hard for him to focus on one spot. Plus to the leftist that he is, Nebraska & Oklahoma are all the same flyover states.
He should have said something about the Rutgers football program and those big exciting Rutgers - Nebraska Big Fourteen, er, Ten rivalry games. 
Probably the Big 16 in a few years.
