CDC accidentally told the truth

The CDC director accidentally let it slip that they actually do look at the data.

“Vaccinated people do not carry the virus — they don’t get sick,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Tuesday. That’s “not just in the clinical trials, but it’s also in real-world data.”

But then politics and theater got back in the way.

"Even the Centers for Disease Control hedged on Walensky’s claims. “Dr. Walensky spoke broadly during this interview,” a CDC spokesperson told the Times . “It’s possible that some people who are fully vaccinated could get Covid-19. The evidence isn’t clear whether they can spread the virus to others. We are continuing to evaluate the evidence.”

Yes they can catch Covid. The vaccine just lowers the chance. If they have it, they can spread it but they’re less likely to spread it.

This isn’t rocket science. We’ve been dealing with infections for over 100 years.

It’s part of life, drive on

The average citizen who has not been vaccinated has about a 10% chance of catching Covid, with a 95% efficacy rate, a vaccinated person has about 1/2 of 1 percent chance of catching Covid.

It’s extremely low. Some people just don’t want to lose control

There was a headline on Yahoo News last week along the lines of 102 people in Washington (state) who had received two vaccine shots came down with Covid. In the middle of the article they did report that represented 0.01% of the more than one million who had received both shots.

And the majority of people don’t read past the headline, and even some that do don’t understand math enough to figure percentages.

As more people get vaccinated. It will become harder and harder to pass Covid.

That’s exactly what is going on, and it is precisely why many of us resisted lockdowns so hard last year.

Unfortunately too many brainless fucktard citizens failed to foresee this problem and have provided the ruling class very reliable science results on how to control the masses & steal their freedom.

Wintermute - I agree. It is, also, the reason why so many governors who became addicted to power during the covid crisis do not want to relinquish it.
