Mac Macanally. Mostly country but he played with Jimmy Buffet for years. He’s a great guy and a heckuva songwriter.
I recognized 12 on the list, the rest I never heard of all though I may have heard their music.

Not sure why they have some grouped together, Joan Osborne, Brandy Clark, and Shane, are good songwriters, but not the same person.
It was Josh Osborne. They’ve written together, but also individually. Joan Osborne is also a writer and her excellent 90s CD relish still gets a lot of air time on our CD player.
