A few years ago, there was a silly Thanksgiving debate between two brothers on C-SPAN. Their mother called in to tell them to stop bickering.
I thought that was the most awkward holiday among family until this from a member of Congress from AZ. Next time she sees her grandkids should be fun:
“I have five grandchildren,” the congresswoman began in last month’s speech. “I would do anything—anything —to protect my five grandchildren. Including, as a last resort, shooting them, if I had to, to protect the lives of my grandchildren.”
