Shoveling 3 feet of snow on April Fools was a better April fools experience; April fools is always the day after my birthday
If you have a friend with time blindness, tell them the event starts 30-45 minutes before it does
You could do the same thing for work schedules. I think an accommodation is to tell someone to come into work 30-45 minutes before their shift. Problem solved as they’re no longer late and dependable
It might seem condescending but it can actually be helpful in helping people be more timely
I am always on time but it’s just a thought
