The flu vaccine isn’t very effective. Most likely they would have had th outbreak either way.

The military has never believed soldiers had bodily autonomy. Because an outbreak can affect other troops.
This is pretty much the reason I have only got the flu shot maybe twice since 1996.
I used to be forced to take it, when I have the choice I choose not to.
Soldiers can refuse. They’ll just put processed. The flu vaccine doesn’t have the benefit that many other vaccines have. Unless you’re in a vulnerable population I’m not sold it’s worth it. I have no issue with it not being mandatory.
