Alternative to Facebook Yet?

I have abandoned my personal Facebook page because of the evil of its owner company, but still have my business Facebook page to communicate with patients about practice news.

I would like to ditch Facebook for my business as well, but are there any independent alternatives yet? Rumble is a YouTube alternative, but is there an alternative to Facebook?

Closest thing I can think of is nextdoor.com.

Thanks. I know of this but have not investigated.

Its great for very local issues and general is politics free. The board around me kind of polices itself.
