What does an 80 year old woman have below her belly button that a 18 year old woman doesn’t? Her boobs.
Same with balls.
My balls have always been bellow my belly button.

And they will continue to droop toward your knees as you grow older, just like a womans breast, but no one ever jokes about it.
That is still below my belly button
Sure they do, a guy I used to work with said his balls dropped an inch every couple years since he turned 60.
I’m an inch and a half shorter than I was before 60, and flat chested since having implants removed.
